Vinegared Rice
Boil vinegar with sugar and salt, and pour over rice while rice is hot. Let rice cool.
Pickled Daikon Radish
Cut the pickled Daikon radish into thin strips.
Grilled Egg
Beat eggs, and add soup, sugar, light soy sauce, and salt. Pour beaten eggs in 1/3 of heat square pan, and cook with a cover. Cut grilled egg into 1.5cm thick strips.
Cucumber and Boiled Fish Paste
Cut cucumber and boiled fish paste in five strips.
Avocado
Half the avocado, discard the pit and rind. Cut into 5mm thick half circle.
Lettuce
Wash the lettuce and tear into good sized pieces.
Tomato
Wash the tomato and peel skin. Cut into 5mm thick half circle.
Dried Bean Curd
Dip dried bean curd in hot water and wring lightly in flowing water until water becomes clear. Cut each dried bean curd in five strips. Bring bonito soup with sugar, sake, and light soy sauce to a boil, and put dried bean curds in.

Dried Bottle Gourd Strip
Wash the dried bottle gourd strips in water and rub with salt until white, and boil in ample water until soft. Transfer the bottle gourd strip into the soup with sugar, sake, and soy sauce, and cook for 20 minutes.
Dried Pasania Mushroom
Beforhand, dip dried pasania mushroom in lukewarm water with 1 tsp sugar. Remove stems of pasania mushrooms and cut to 3mm thickness. Boil pasania mushroom with soup, sugar, sake, and soy sauce until sauce is almost gone.
Fermented Beans
Beat fermented beans well.
Tuna Dressed with Mayonaise
Slice cucumber and add tuna, lemon juice, salt, peper and mayonaise.
Grilled Meat
Grill the sliced beef and pour sauce.
Raw Fish
Cut raw fish into good size pieces.
