Fried Bean Curd Dressed with Grated DAIKON Radish

(Aburaage no Oroshi-ae)

1  sheet fried bean curd (aburaage)

1/2 daikon radish
3 leaves spring leek (negi)
red pepper mixture (shichimi tougarashi)
soy sauce (shouyu) aburaage

1. Peel thedaikon radish, grate and gently squeeze.
2. Cut the spring leek into thin round slices.
3. Toast the fried bean curd on foil using a toaster oven without removing excess oil. Cut the fried bean curd into halves lengthwise and cut into rectangles.
4. Mix the fried bean curd and grated daikon radish in a bowl. Place the mixture in individual bowl and sprinkle sliced spring leek and red peppar mixture. Pour a little soy sauce.
