1. Wash spinach thoroughly, especially the stems, and boil in ample water
lightly salted until just to be tender. Then rinse in cold water.
2. Squeeze water from spinaach, and cut in 1 inchi length.
3. Roast sesame seeds until sputter, and grind in a mortar to be half ground.
4. Add sugar, light soy sauce to sesami and mix.
5. Add spinach.
