Newly Harvested Potatos Dressed with Japanese Horseradish Flavered Mayonnase
(Shin-jaga no Wasabi Mayonezu Sarada)

400g newly harvested potatos, small size (shin-jaga) |
|
|
1 cucumber (kyuuri) |
1 avocade (abokado) |
 |
1/2 cup mayonnase (mayonezu) |
|
|
1/4 tsp Japanese horseradish paste (neri-wasabi) |
|
|
1/4 tsp soy sauce (shoyu) |
|
|
1. Wash and peel the potatos, boil and cut into 5mm thick round slices.
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the potatos and let them cool.
2. Wash the cucumber and cut in round slices.
3. Put mayonnase, Japnese horseradish paste and soy sauce in a bowl. Add
the potatos and cucumber.
4. Cut the avocado in halves lengthwise. Remove the kernel, take sarcocarp
out with spoon and add into the bowl.
