Canola Dressed with Sesami
(Nanohana no Goma-ae)

1 bunch canola (nanohana) |
 |
|
2 tbsp sesamiseeds (goma) |
|
 |
1 tsp mustard (karashi) |
|
|
1/2 tbsp soy sauce (shouyu) |
|
|
1 tbsp sugar (satou) |

|
1. Wash canola and boil in hot water.
2. Cut canola into 2cm long pieces.
3. Roast sesami seeds until they sputter and grind in a mortar until half
ground.
4. Add sugar, soy sauce and mustard to sesami and mix.
5. Add canola.
