1. Roast sesame until they sputter and grind in a mortar until to be half
ground. Add sugar and vinegar, then mix.
2. Peel the taro stalks, cut into 5cm long and soak in vinegared water.
Put the taro stalks in ample water and bring to a boil. After 1 or 2 minutes,
remove fron the heat and drain off the water.
3. Dress the taro stalks with sesame dressing.
