1. Wash the mizuna and cut into 5cm long pieces.
2. Dip fried been curd in hot water. Cut the fried bean curd in halves lengthwise
then cut into strips.
3. Put mizuna, fried bean curd, dashi, sake, sugar, and mirin in a pan and bring to a boil. Add soy sauce and simmer briefly.
