Red MISO Soup with Water Sield

1 pack water shield (junsai) |

1 bunch water parsley (mitsuba) |
4 tbsp red miso |
700ml kelp soup (dashi) |

1. Wash the water shield tenderly and dain off the water.
2. Wash the water parsley and cut into 2cm length.
3. Boil kelp soup in a pot, dissolve red miso, add water shield and water
parsley before turn off the heat.
Serves 4
