Red MISO Soup with Water Sield

  (Junsai no Aka-dashi)





1 pack water shield (junsai)
1 bunch water parsley (mitsuba)
4 tbsp red miso
700ml kelp soup (dashi)
junsai mitsuba

1. Wash the water shield tenderly and dain off the water.
2. Wash the water parsley and cut into 2cm length.
3. Boil kelp soup in a pot, dissolve red miso, add water shield and water parsley before turn off the heat.

Serves 4
