Deep-fried Oysters

2 packs oysters (kaki)
2 cups milk (gyuunyuu)
200g wheat flour (komugi-ko)
A 2 eggs (tamago)
1 cup milk (gyuunyuu)
1 pack bread crumbs (pan-ko)
canola oil (sarada-yu)

1. Wash oysters in running water one by one and soak in milk for one hour.
2. Beat eggs and pour milk.
3. Coat the oysters with wheat flour, dip in beaten egg and milk, and coat with bread cumbs.
4. Deep-fry the oysters in oil preheated to 170KC.
