Some Mushrooms Wrapped in Foil

2 sacks hackberry mushroom (enoki-dake)
2 sacks beech mushroom (shimeji)
1 sack pasania mushroom (shiitake)
1 sack oak mushroom (maitake)
1 tsp * 4 butter enoki-dake shimeji shiitake

1/3 tsp * 4 salt (shio)
2 sudachi lime
maitake sudachi

1. Wash the pasania mushroom and cut the stems off. Cut the root clasters of other mushrooms off and wash.
2. Wrap each mushrooms, butter, sake and salt with foil.
3. Broil the wrapped mushrooms in the oven for 15 or 20 minutes in 300KC.
4. Serve the wrapped mushrooms on individual plate with half cut sudachi lime.
