Grilled Codfish with Yolk

   (Tara no Kimi-yaki)




4 cuts codfish (tara)
1 egg yolk (kimi)
1 tsp minin

1. Sprinkle salt over the codfish and keep for 10 minutes. Wipe water surface of the fish.
2. Grill the codfish spreading the beaten yolk and mirin on the fish a few times.

Serves 4
