Grilled Sand-eel Dished up with Ginger and Soy Sauce

(Yaki Kamasugo no Shouga-jouyu-kake)



2 packs boiled sand-eel (kamasugo)
1 piece ginger (tsuchi-shouga)
soy sauce (shouyu) or citrus soy sauce (ponzu), properly
canola oil (sarada-yu)
kamasugo tsuchi-shouga

1. Heat canola oil in a frying pan. Add sand-eel and cook until they turn to brown.
2. Peel the ginger and grate.
3. Dish up sand-eel on individual dishes, put grated ginger on and pour soy sauce or citrus soy sauce as you like.
