Grilled Sand-eel Dished up with Ginger and Soy Sauce

2 packs boiled sand-eel (kamasugo) |

1 piece ginger (tsuchi-shouga) |
|
soy sauce (shouyu) or citrus soy sauce (ponzu), properly |
canola oil (sarada-yu) |

1. Heat canola oil in a frying pan. Add sand-eel and cook until they turn
to brown.
2. Peel the ginger and grate.
3. Dish up sand-eel on individual dishes, put grated ginger on and pour
soy sauce or citrus soy sauce as you like.
