Gelatin Strips Made from Agar-agar

8g powdered agar-agar (tengusa)
100g black syrup (kuro-mitsu)

1. Sprinkle powdered agar-agar to 6 cups water and bring to a boil stirring. When boiled, cook over low heat for a few minutes, pour into a gelatin mold and chill.
2. Cut the gelatin in suitable size, place in the thruster and push the handle to make thin strips of gelatin.
3. Dish up the strips in individual bowl and pour black syrup.
